By using Deni, you agree to these terms.
1. Record-keeping only
Deni is a personal record-keeping and reminder tool only. It is not a lender, does not issue loans, and is not a payment processor. No money moves through Deni.
2. Your information is your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all business name, address, phone and payment information you enter, including what appears on your invoices.
3. Disputes
The app developer is not liable for any dispute between you and any customer or supplier arising from debts tracked in the app.
4. Your data belongs to you
Your data belongs to you. You may request its deletion at any time, and you can delete any entry, customer or supplier yourself inside Deni.
