deni
Privacy Policy
Deni helps you keep track of money owed to you and money you owe. Your records belong to you.
What we collect
We store your account email and the information you enter: customer and supplier names, phone numbers, unique codes, notes, and debt and payment records, including amounts, categories and dates.
Where your records are kept
Your account and ledger records are stored securely in Lovable Cloud. Access controls keep your customer, supplier and transaction records visible only to you, the account owner, when using Deni. Keep your account password and device PIN private.
Receipt reading
When you upload a receipt, its image or PDF is sent securely through Lovable AI Gateway to draft the amount, date, category and notes. You review and confirm the details before saving a debt. When you save, the receipt photo is kept privately with that debt so you can view it later; only you can see it, and it is deleted when you delete the entry or the person.
Invoices and sharing
Invoices are generated on your device when you request them. Customer PDFs are not uploaded to public storage. Sharing is your choice: WhatsApp opens with the saved phone number and a balance summary, and nothing is sent automatically. If you share a message or attach a downloaded invoice, the recipient and WhatsApp receive the information you choose to send under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
Record-keeping only
Deni is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not lend money, issue loans, make lending decisions, or use your records to provide loans.
Your control
You can delete individual transactions or an entire customer or supplier and their records in Deni. Deletion cannot be undone. Downloaded or manually shared copies remain outside Deni until you or the recipient delete them.
