Debt categories

• Goods: items or stock given now and paid for later.
• Services: work or labour done now and paid for later.
• Cash: money lent or borrowed in cash.
• Other: anything that does not fit the three above.

"People who owe you" and "People you owe"

People who owe you (green) is money others owe you. People you owe (red) is money you owe others. A contact can be a person or a business.

How to add a debt

1. On the home screen, tap "Someone owes me" or "I owe someone".
2. Enter the name and phone number.
3. Pick a category, type the amount and write what it is for.
4. Tap Save.

How to mark a debt as paid

Tap the person's card to open their record. Type the amount paid for a partial payment, or the full balance to clear it, then record the payment. The balance updates right away and shows "Paid" when nothing is left.

How to send an invoice

Open the person's record and tap "Send Invoice". Tap "Share via WhatsApp" to open their chat with the full breakdown ready to send. The same tap saves the PDF on your phone so you can attach it. Add your business details in Settings first so they appear on the invoice.
